I like to mix a little homemade taco seasoning in my sour cream, refrigerate it while I’m getting everything else ready for the flavors to mingle, then add to the tostadas.
Refried beans, carnitas, queso fresco, sour cream and guacamole. Yum!
I think my favorite things are lots of cheese, guac or sliced avocado, black beans, and cilantro!
