It’s A Muy, Muy Bueno Giveaway!

Imagine a cookbook stuffed to the gills with some of the most delicious recipes you’ve ever encountered, sumptuous, drool-worthy photographs, and family stories that will touch your heart and make you want to get in the kitchen with your mama.

Now imagine a title for that cookbook – muy bueno, indeed!

I have been a fan of Veronica, Vangie and Yvette’s blog for some time now, so I was more than a little excited when my very own copy of their new cookbook arrived on my doorstep. Each and every page lovingly details their family’s favorite recipes and dishes, and the book unfolds with photography that you just don’t want to stop starting at.

My favorite recipe goes down on page 200. Yvette’s simple dish of tostadas topped with guacamole, refried beans, or a little of whatever you have leftover in your fridge is perfect weeknight dinner fare that every member of the family can be involved in. It’s quick, it’s easy, and yet it’s such a flavorful way to feed yourself and your loved ones. Now that’s what I call fine family dining.

And now, because I just so happen to have an extra copy of this gorgeous cookbook, it’s your turn to get your muy bueno on.

Simply enter your name and email address or login via Facebook below, click on the big ‘+1′ buttons, and follow the instructions listed to enter to win – you can enter up to 4 times! You do not need to have a Facebook account to enter. Questions about this giveaway? Feel free to message me at meagan (at) scarlettabakes (dot) com.

So what are you waiting for? It’s time to enter to win. And good luck to you! Aren’t giveaways muy bueno?

I like to mix a little homemade taco seasoning in my sour cream, refrigerate it while I’m getting everything else ready for the flavors to mingle, then add to the tostadas.

Tostadas are a favorite around here. I love them with beans, cheese, avocado. Of course, some sauce and guacamole, too.
