there are so many things I will be making, but first and foremost, will be cheesy potatoes. Only because I’ve never had them and they look delicious!!

One of my favorite thing to make is a strata. I love both sweet and savory so it depends on my cravings at the time.
Mashed potatoes with ground beef in the middle and Gruyere Cheese all baked.. Yummmmmyyyy.

Potato gratin! Scalloped potatoes and even a zucchini gratin! Love this!
butternut squash lasagna!
Since these are Marseilles Blue, I’d sear scallops in butter and lemon (like your brother did over Christmas) and then put them on a bed of rice or creamed spinach, sprinkle them with grated Asiago cheese, and pop them under the broiler for two minutes! Magnifique!
I would love to use these to make baked pasta dishes like ziti in! Thanks!
