  6. I have to admit I have never made any of Ina’s recipes but I have a whole list of them to make when I get my own kitchen! The two at the top of the list are her Greek-style lasagna and her Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, followed by every dessert she has ever made. Ever.

  7. It’s so hard to pick just one, but I absolutely LOVE your Pomegranate Upside Down Cake! This fabulous super fruit is so chocked full of vitamins and antioxidants that it’s gotta be a healthy dessert to eat…right?!? Well, that’s my excuse for eating more than one piece anyway! ;~D

  8. How to choose, I make her pan fried onion dip all the time but her coconut cupcakes are amazing!

  14. I love all things Ina. My top two recipes that I’ve made the most often are: Provencal veggie soup and Pasta with four (or is it five?) cheeses. The first is a delightful spring veggie minestrone, light and luscious broth infused w/ saffron, made so super garlicky yummy with a basil & tomato pistou. The second is pure decadence. I make it for special occasions. People die from happiness.

  15. It is so hard to pick my favorite Barefoot Contessa recipe…I own all of her books except for her latest. My favorites would be her Shrimp Scampi with Linguini, and Outrageous Brownies.

  16. Loved the preview you posted of the Cookie Party at Ina’s. Her 40 Cloves chicken is a classic recipe but I love her version.

    I just love Ina. I guess my favorite book of her’s is Barefoot in Paris. Everything I have cooked from that book has been awesome. Can’t wait to see the new book.

    I own two of her cookbooks. Her recipes are simple but the food that is turned out looks like you cooked all day.

  41. I don’t have one, not familiar with her recipes. But after looking through some other posts I need to check out the oven fried chicken for mt DH.

  42. Oven-Fried Chicken has to be the best ever. I hate frying indoors…that little oil mist that gets every where drives me insane.

  54. I love her desserts, her rampant use of butter; the fact that she buys $50 slabs of brie for a dinner party of 2 people; her whole style, approach, and everything about her, I adore. And I have had my eye on this book! Great giveaway!

  60. My favourite recipe from Ina has to be her chicken… it’s fool proof and it always wow everyone! Her garlicky chicken is pretty intense but it’s another favourite too.
