Orzo Salad with Roasted Vegetables and Feta – YUM. I absolutlely love Ina and I think she and her husband Jeffery are charming. I love it when he makes cameo appearances on her show.

I have to admit I have never made any of Ina’s recipes but I have a whole list of them to make when I get my own kitchen! The two at the top of the list are her Greek-style lasagna and her Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, followed by every dessert she has ever made. Ever.

It’s so hard to pick just one, but I absolutely LOVE your Pomegranate Upside Down Cake! This fabulous super fruit is so chocked full of vitamins and antioxidants that it’s gotta be a healthy dessert to eat…right?!? Well, that’s my excuse for eating more than one piece anyway! ;~D

I don’t know much about the Barefoot Contessa beyond your comments on your blog. That’s why I need that cookbook…so I can get to know her! Thanks for the chance.

I love all things Ina. My top two recipes that I’ve made the most often are: Provencal veggie soup and Pasta with four (or is it five?) cheeses. The first is a delightful spring veggie minestrone, light and luscious broth infused w/ saffron, made so super garlicky yummy with a basil & tomato pistou. The second is pure decadence. I make it for special occasions. People die from happiness.

I watch her show and love her recipes. My children love the “rice patties” rissotto rice with the greek yogurt and fontina cheese.

I have watched her show, but have never followed any of her recipes. :/
If you love her, I’m sure I will… Because I totally love your posts,

I just love Ina. I guess my favorite book of her’s is Barefoot in Paris. Everything I have cooked from that book has been awesome. Can’t wait to see the new book.

I own two of her cookbooks. Her recipes are simple but the food that is turned out looks like you cooked all day.

I don’t have one, not familiar with her recipes. But after looking through some other posts I need to check out the oven fried chicken for mt DH.

Oven-Fried Chicken has to be the best ever. I hate frying indoors…that little oil mist that gets every where drives me insane.

I just love her Oven-Fried Chicken Recipe. The chicken comes out super moist on the inside and crisp on the outside.

Ina has THE BEST whiskey sour recipe!!! Making the sweet & sour mix from scratch really makes them delightfully sip-able!

I love her desserts, her rampant use of butter; the fact that she buys $50 slabs of brie for a dinner party of 2 people; her whole style, approach, and everything about her, I adore. And I have had my eye on this book! Great giveaway!

I love her roasted shrimp – so easy and so good! There are so many recipes of hers that I love. The frozen berries with hot chocolate is awesome, too.

My favourite recipe from Ina has to be her chicken… it’s fool proof and it always wow everyone! Her garlicky chicken is pretty intense but it’s another favourite too.
